Well none of what you said equals "a particular race is superior to others". Sounds like there are pros and cons.

It only becomes a bad ideology when you go the opposite way and prejudge individuals based on a race classification you have assigned them. (and IMO only if it's a negative stereotype, so "hey you're black, I bet you're good at basketball" is stupid but fine, but "hey you're black, stay away from my silver" is not)
