The tone of his podcast can be a little annoying and repetitive but I listen Every. Single. Day. Dudes on point. I hope his surgery tomorrow goes flawlessly and he's back in the saddle soon.

He has a lump in his neck that may be cancerous. The initial biopsy was inconclusive which means the lump cannot be ruled out as benign. His doctors have him scheduled for surgery tomorrow and we will know more after that.
