This is the way. Also his payroll tax deduction that everyone has made fun of because it's just a deferral. Trump has stated that if reelected, the payroll tax deduction would be made permanent and would not need to be repayed. however, if Biden gets in, he will make you pay the money back. This is a brilliant political move, don't care what you say.
