After reading about pizza gate, I stopped looking into that stuff. Too depressing. Anyways, can you give a brief, nondescriptive summary of the situation with the movie? Thanks
Sylvain de Zangroniz- The Israeli Producer of this Pedo Shit Show, has had his Wikipedia repeatedly scrubbed, and the web has been scoured to remove his connections to Israel.
This was before it even came out They promoted it with posters of the young girls in sluty positions. They got lots of back lash just from the poster. Netflix said sorry but that's not what the movie is about. Than the movie came out and it was about that. So Netflix got even more backlash and they continued to defend the film basically saying this is a film showing how bad the sexualization of children is by sexualizing children. WITH ALL THAT SAID YEA THE CEO KNEW ALL ABOUT IT.
If ceo didn’t know about it, then he’d have to be the most uninvolved leader of any company ever. How the fuck does ceo not notice backlash over the poster of one of his movies like a month before the movie itself came out? Obviously bullshit
There is a justification for punishing someone for 'lack of knowledge', 'lack of foresight', 'incompetence' or some measure of the above depending on the ranking.
Let me put it to you this way:
If you hire a new employee to stack shelves at your multi-billion dollar shop.
Said employee has had some prior experience but no formal training, he is unfamiliar with the stock counting system, and as such results in mis-ordering a much higher quantity of stock which cannot be held in storage.
Said mistake costs the company money, but it is difficult to blame the employee due to a previous failing by the company for failing to provide sufficient training that could have averted the issue.
If subsequent training was provided then it could be argued that this would count as a mark on his record, because it was his mistake.
If you have been in high levels of government, like, let's say First Lady of the United States, and have held numerous high-ranking positions, and are otherwise respected to have a great deal of competency in the legal profession for instance.
Or perhaps a director of intelligence, or maybe even a senior member of the Federal Bureau of Investigation, it isn't quite so reasonable that you aren't aware of how to sufficiently store data, how data is transferred, and the types of device and tools used to 'Wipe' said data.
There are two options:
Gross incompetency such that they were hired into a position they were never capable of doing - as such, the very act of which could be argued to be criminal - but at the very least means they should have all access and privileges revoked due to the present danger they represent.
They're playing dumb because the rules allow them to play dumb because the deck of cards they're playing with is loaded with aces whilst ours still contain the joker. Because option 1 above sure as hell does not apply with Government at the highest level (at present) - which essentially shows they have intentionally 'looked the other way' (Netflix) or intentionally interfered (above) and are just waiting for it all to blow over.
At high levels, complicity is malicious. Never take it at face value; there's too much at stake for it to be a 'chance mistake' as often as these occur.
Either way, anyone else who WAS involved needs speedy trial, death penalty.
I don't believe in punishing people on just in cases or contingencies, that's commie shit. However, as was pointed out in another reply, the CEO knew and publicly defended it after people caused a stink, so let's get that speedy trial going.
There’s precedent that leadership is responsible for what their underlings do. While this decision is specific to the food, drug, and cosmetic act I can see the reasoning being applied elsewhere.
I can't justify punishing someone for something they either didn't do or didn't approve.
If the CEO didn't approve of this then that would imply he was overruled by the Board of Directors, which makes a whole bunch of people liable for this crap.
When I first read this comment I read it as implying maybe the CEO didn't know what was going on, and that raises an interesting point: Maybe he should have a legal obligation to know what's going on in the company he alleges manages. Put another way: no one should have a blanket limitation of liability and control over how a company operates. A lot of the nuttiness in our world comes from extending limited liability from limited partners to people who properly are general partners. At least when such people were treated as general partners they had a valid reason for their absurd compensation packages.
TL;DR Don't mind me, just going off on a tangent on how this sort of dumb shit happens in the first place because of the perversion of liability laws.
That's how Britains most notorious pedophile, Sir Jimmy Savile got away with it for so long.
His public image was a prolific charity fundraiser, so much so that he was knighted by the Queen for his charity work and it wasn't until after his death that people were able to come forward and accuse him of being a pedophile.
Yep!!! He fucked dead ppl in graveyards and the crazies in the mental institution they let him run too. Saville was a devout and open necrophiliac. The royals loved him too. I’m so happy about this news though! Netflix encourages pedophilia! Here comes all the liberal pedos w their REEES arguing the contrary just like they were doing beforehand. Funny how pedophilia is the hill these Dems have chosen to die on. Not surprising considering that dem candidate was just caught tryna fuck that 14 year old boy on video........
All of these kiddy-fiddling, necrophiliac sickies in top level elite positions in societies all over the world and people still believe there is no God or Satan. Lmfao.
The greatest trick the Devil ever pulled was convincing the world he didn't exist.
Sir Jimmy, a regular churchgoer, was a Papal Knight Commander of St Gregory the Great, as well as a radio DJ and presenter of Top Of The Pops, a contemporary of guests Dave Lee Travis, Andy Peebles and Mike Read.
It's going to be a difficult task for them to legally succeed against netflix with this. However, depending on the judges ruling and wording it could be (at the very least) a step in the right direction setting some type of precedent to build on for other future cases.
Best case though there's some email from obama asking for more underage twerking in netflix programing and he goes to jail with the rest of these sick fucks.
I really don’t think it should be that difficult. If you or I produced anything similar and put it on YouTube we would immediately be charged. They should personally be arresting the CEO for this.
At roughly .1% of the Earth's total land mass, including all of the ground to the center of the Earth, I estimate Texas weighs approximately 8.15 x 10^21 kg
sadly this. a bunch of lawyers get rich on tax payer dollars. a VERY PUBLIC but weak as fuck slap on the wrist for netflix and nothing changes. netflix stops displaying cuties for people based on geo location.
I tihnk backpage was also involved in trafficking, or got busted partially because people who were engaged in it were using the site. I can't remember, I don't care about degeneracy like dat, lol.
Tyler is pretty much the kryptonite of Silicon Valley megacorporations. Ask anyone in the patent litigation field.
It was so bad for Apple that they closed all of their retail stores located anywhere in the Eastern District of Texas, just to avoid being sued in Marshall or Tyler.
US may get another precedent that clarifies what is and isn't pedo-porn. I expect only good things. If Cuties gets a pass from the law, this may finally stop the bullshit attacks and accusation about drawings in anime and japanese games. If it is legally found to be pedo-porn, it should at least help curb the actual child exploitation in entertainment industry.
In regards to all this, anyone remember the scene in The Simpsons movie where Bart is dared to go skate boarding around town in the nude? And there was the hedge scene where for a second or two it showed his penis, not censored or anything.
Back then I thought it was juvenile and funny being a teen but damn, how is that allowed and not classed as child porn? And there was no outrage either?
His 'penis' is literally just two uber small lines drawn together, it doesnt even look like a penis. Wouldnt classify that as pedo, but I dont work in the classification office so who gives a shit about my opinion
I'd like one helicopter please. My favorite is the Hind. A payload large enough to level a small Afghan town, enough cargo capacity to throw ten commies out from high altitude.
If what you are saying is true, then we could only ever prosecute based on what we heard or think the movie is. There are a lot of people who reviewed the movie, posted it on their youtube channel telling viewers how sick and disgusting it is and then reported it. The full responsibility for airing and distributing this smut 100% lies on Netflix, although I agree there were probably some very sick people out there who watch Netflix (given the immoral content on there, including a show that glorifies cannabilism)
Not the one I was thinking about, but am not interested in that one either. The one I was thinking about has a girl who works at a hospital and she is a zombie - she eats the patients that die or something. I don't know, I quickly skimmed over it because it made me sick to my stomach.
You're being a little bit sensitive about that. The show is called iZombie and it's based off a comic book. She was accidentally turned into a zombie because one bit her and so she has a craving for brains. Because of this she "inherits" the person's memory, and because she works in a morgue examining people who died of suspicious causes, she starts helping the police department solve murders.
It's a very goofy crime drama show that doesn't "glorify" cannibalism in any way. Not exactly compelling television to be honest, but it's like one out of a thousand other zombie or cop drama shows out there, just combined into one.
Oh my god, that was other one that disturbed me. It showed up in my suggestion feed one day. Can you imagine being a teen and seeing something like that show up on your feed? Netflix is out of control.
I don't know the name of the show because I feel sick every time I see it, but I think it's one where the nurse is a zombie and she eats the patients that die or something while living a "normal" life.
She eats their brains to inherit their memories and solve their deaths. Its not glorifying cannibalism any more than any other zombie show. Also cannibalism is eating your own species, she's a zombie not a human
Its iZombie, its a show about a woman who got turned into a zombie and inherits the memory of people she eats the brain of, so she eats dead people brains at morgues to solve their murders. It doesnt glorify cannibalism at all, or atleaet not more than any other zombie show/movie
Oddly enough, it is not illegal to view child pornography. Only to own it/save it/distribute it/make it. The reason the law exists the way it does, is because you could click a link that links to child pornography but could argue you didn't know what it was. If you save that to your machine, you're breaking the law. Same goes for streaming. Just how you can't get in trouble for piracy if you're streaming someone else's illegal content, you can't get in trouble for streaming something, as you could just say "I didn't know what it was". The fault lies with the provider.
I mean if you could nab someone for viewing, one could set up a child porn server and e-mail links to their enemies, nabbing each one for sex crimes. It'd be easy to take down your political opponents, presumably.
Not all encompassing I don’t think because intent can still be proven without the effort of long term archival. They could prove that you sought it out and that the cookies / metadata amounts to possession.
Right, you're totally correct. But I'm saying the law is specific to having it physically on your machine. They could probably prove if someone sought it out just how you mention, but they'd still be safe by how the actual law is written.
Over 100,000 people and is ranked 292nd in the US. Just an average sized city. Which seem to be the only nice cities anymore. When they get near half a million population, it's like insanity moves in and it's all down hill from there.
whether it was 'legally' child porn is yet to be decided by a jury. the point of my comment was to tell people to hold their horses. OP news only means that the criminal case will now proceed. Guilt has not been determined yet and may still not be.
How is little girls shaking their almost bare asses on camera for an indie film not guilty of child exploitation or softcore child porn? Why is there debate about this shit? It obviously should be found guilty.
I just want to point out that The Human Centipede is still banned for gross violence yet this isn't. What the fuck. And The Simpsons movie literally showed Bart's penis in one scene.
Can someone familiar with criminal law please help me out here? You can't throw a company in jail, what happens when a company gets convicted of a crime?
Corporations can't be imprisoned, but can be fined. A guilty verdict in this case would lead to a fine, which would be peanuts to netflix. However, losing a case in one county also signals that they're violating the law in every one of the 254 counties in Texas, insofar as they're broadcasting the film in Texas. The other counties could seek indictments as well. It would also open the door to indicting individuals responsible within the corporation based on information that comes out at trial. I'd anticipate that if there is a conviction, Netflix pulls the film from Texas entirely.
If the corporation is found guilty and they do start indicting individuals, would those individuals be charged criminally? Like, could they be at risk of prison time and/or be declared a sex offender?
It baffles me that the people at netflix thought this was a good idea. Like someone had to come up with the idea of the movie, another guy had to greenlight it, some other had to agree to direct it, etc... Like damn, you would think at one point someone would be like "This movie will get us in a lot of trouble, guys..."
I have been using this 'Cuties' movie to subscriber-shame relatives who claim to be conservative but subscribe to Netflix. I then get to throw in the Obamas and Susan Rice. They push back that there are programs on Netflix that they enjoy, but I just point out how they need to start making sacrifices and do what is right. Same for boycotting the NFL and NBA.
And this potentially opens the door for future lawsuits against companies that seek to sexually exploit children. One can hope.
International slave traders is more like it. Pretending to be a charity shouldn't be a get out fo jail free card
Lock the Obamas separately. Deprive Barry of that Big Mike's cock.
They should force Mike to do another transition. Rip from him (literally) all that he has.
After reading about pizza gate, I stopped looking into that stuff. Too depressing. Anyways, can you give a brief, nondescriptive summary of the situation with the movie? Thanks
You need to do it again. Look into the "WAP challenge"
It is basically the cuties dance, and it is being promoted to little girls on tiktok, likee, and other apps.
They're kids doing it for internet points. These apps are trying to make the movie into real life.
Making TEXAS great!!!

Time for TD to start asking The Question, guys.
Edit: Great replies. Looks like the CEO was all for this show the entire time.
Did the CEO personally approve Cuties even after knowing what was in it?
If yes: Get in the cell, pedo.
If not: I can't justify punishing someone for something they either didn't do or didn't approve.
Either way, anyone else who WAS involved needs speedy trial, death penalty.
This was widely reported in the news before it aired. The CEO knew.
That would make him involved, then.
Speedy trial, you know the rest.

Hope it's no longer a get out of jail free card for the Clintons during Term 2: Judgement Day...
... that hopefully throws a book on fully UN supported NAMBLA.
.
"The North American Man/Boy Love Association is a pedophilia and pederasty advocacy organization in the United States."
We need to destroy the UN. It is an overtly evil violent non-state actor full of rapists, pillagers, & plaguebringers.
I thought this was just south park thing until I looked it up. Disgusting!
The south park thing was the North American Marlon Brando Look Alikes, and they hate getting confused with that other group.
Wait, what?
They got "suspended" .. suuuure..

"NAMBLA is just an idea."
Un believable that you would impugn NGO's. Un mannerly of you old man. Un American almost...
Im all for bypassing lawsuits and going straight for the rope.
Well, industrial hemp was re-legalized by Trump a couple years ago...
This seems like a good time to remind everyone that pedophiles use Twitter to share child pornography.
At least one state has an AG, paging Bill Barr...
he has just been acused of bribery and muh abuse of power by his own top aides.

Holy shit!!!! Finally some fucking action!!!
it's fuckin' great!
It's Sofa King Great!
You shouldn't ever use the words 'fucking' and 'children' together! People might mistake you for Bill Clinton!
Fuck yeah!
Fucking A!
Hey I recognize you.
If it wasnt for him you wouldnt have a job!
Triple uptrumps for the energy
oh ya? let me know who they jail
Hot and intense
Hopefully it goes all the way
Um, phrasing?
I’ve had about all I can swallow from Netflix.
Lol swallow
That congress critter is gassy
I can only take so much!
I hope they are forced to bend over and really take it.
Oh come on
Everything can have a bad interpretation if you look hard enough.
Both of these statements are sexual if you want them to be.
I do
State grand jury. Less weight than federal plus it's one of the lefts big propaganda outlets being indicted. Not much traction in the media.
At roughly .1% of the Earth's total land mass, including all of the ground to the center of the Earth, I estimate Texas weighs approximately 8.15 x 10^21 kg
Don't forget all of our obese cities haha
A state court can wreck your ass just as easily as a federal one can.
Which will be faught by some shady lawyers and settled out of court for like 10 bucks.
sadly this. a bunch of lawyers get rich on tax payer dollars. a VERY PUBLIC but weak as fuck slap on the wrist for netflix and nothing changes. netflix stops displaying cuties for people based on geo location.
okay, 5
fiddy cent
G-G-G-G-G-GERIATRIC PEDOPHILE UNIIIIIT!
Goddamnit monsta!
I don't know about that. The owners of Backpage have not faired well. Expect charges in other states where these sorts of laws are available.
I have no faith in our legal system, lol.
Backpage owners didn't fair well because they were in direct competition with child traffickers in the Dem party...
I tihnk backpage was also involved in trafficking, or got busted partially because people who were engaged in it were using the site. I can't remember, I don't care about degeneracy like dat, lol.

Criminal charges and convictions / pleas in multiple states.
Not in Tyler. It'll be bogged down and buried but they won't sell out.
Its criminal indictments. I dont think you can settle out of criminal charges unless your black, gay, and commit a hate crime against yourself.
Obama's are on the netflix board
Breaking: Netflix announces it will now live its life as a self-loathing gay Black man.
Man, how horrible of a PR disaster saying “I am not a pedophile!!”
Good. Netflix and their Obama overloads are vile.
I hope so. Distributing child pornography to 200 million people has to be some kind of record
It means I'm fucking glad I wasn't a cucked out faggot that watched it just so I could give my little "opinion" on it.
MFW I didn't fall for a child porn trap..
Nothing!

Joe Biden's favorite recent film.
I hope those 8 year old girls dance for him in 4 years. The good news for him is he is here, and the bad news for them is he is coming back!
Also, Tyler is pretty small compared to big cities right? Give it up for the little guy still fighting!
Over 100,000 people and is ranked 292nd in the US. Just an average sized city. Which seem to be the only nice cities anymore. When they get near half a million population, it's like insanity moves in and it's all down hill from there.
No, that’s the City of Tyler, Smith County, TX. Tyler County only has 21,000 people.
Gotcha. Thanks.
I'd have made the same mistake too.
Ah the Pete Townsend defense
it didn't hold up as far as dismissing the case outright. It may well still hold up in the trial itself.
THey committed the crime. They produced what is legally child porn. That's not "bringing awareness."
whether it was 'legally' child porn is yet to be decided by a jury. the point of my comment was to tell people to hold their horses.
Source: ADA for a county in Texas.
Very helpful, thank you!
The leadership of a corporation can be jailed for epa violations, why not for child porn?
If the corporation is found guilty and they do start indicting individuals, would those individuals be charged criminally? Like, could they be at risk of prison time and/or be declared a sex offender?
So you can just go around do illegal shit while at work and then you dont have to go to jail?
I had always been told the CEO of the company takes the brunt of the blame when a company is sued.
Indictments aren't lawsuits.
Yes, please!
They're so far removed from reality that they actually made this movie and thought nothing was wrong with it.
No, they knew everything was wrong with it, they just thought they would get away with it
Ooh ooh, do Instagram and TikTok next.
They promote accounts of underage girls wearing tiny bikinis.
I’ve tried to report a few accounts for having underage girls in sexually suggestive videos but there’s no option to report that.
I wonder which Obama signed off on cuties. I bet it was Michael. He seems like a kid diddler.
Because they are usually cleaner?
Y i inow, was just making a joke
Thank God for Texas
Finally some movement toward justice (not from Billy BigMacs though)!
C-suite Perp Walk!
Let's go!
Finally.
nice finally
“Texas is so backwards this film is a work of art and it akshually is a criticism of the exploitation of girls and Trump is bad”
God bless Texas
They need to throw the book at them or pedos will simply form pedocorps.
Wonder how many times has Joe Biden watched Cuties.
He gets the 'good stuff'. If you think he watches them only dance I think you're wrong
How does Texas have jurisdiction here? Wouldn’t this be a federal court? How does this work?
You can get Netflix in Texas.
That’s an interesting question, it can’t be that everywhere the content is available has jurisdiction.
why not?
it's a good / service offered inside the State of Texas
Would every state in the union be able to file a new case if they’re not convicted in Texas?
Not a lawyer but if Texas can do it then the others can probably do it aswell
They probably don't.
Great news!
Hold these scumbags pedos accountable.
Sounds like it's rooted by all the bullshit sensitivity re-programming they've been doing.
Reed Hastings for Prison 2020
Not good enough. I want to personally see the CEO of Netflix in handcuffs for knowingly producing and distributing child pornography.
I don't see any information about anyone in cuffs and/or extradited
good
It baffles me that the people at netflix thought this was a good idea.

There were serious issues with the movie. You could get the point across by only showing the audiences reaction, no actual stuff going on.
BASED
Hahahahahahahahahahahahaha eat shit, Netflix!
Yes please bankrupt that company.
Its a battle over setting a standard.
Need to nip this film in the bud and someone needs to be punished.
Netflix better not cancel this show! It’s my favorite show to watch in my basement ever since my campaign said I have to stop sniffing kids.
