That was a shocker. I didn't really know that he's had cancer issues going back 20 years or more. R.I.P. to one of the greatest guitarists that ever lived!

Sad to lose him. One of the best guitarists ever, and an innovator (as we all know). I was in Jr High when VanHalen (first album) and VanHalen II came out. Epic then, and epic now.

I saw them in concert when they first tour. They had one album. They were back up for Black Sabbath.
