Where are we on the lowered drug prices? Who has proof of lowered costs? When does the order reach full effect? I can't find any articles or updates on this with the order being rejected or widespread cost reduction.

Just looking for information to throw out for Trump support, and I need to be well informed on the matter before touting the order on its own.
