Why are we contributing to the fear of something that most of us have a greater chance to be struck by lightening than to die from? I’ve had to stop listening to several ‘conservative’ talk shows because they are promoting wearing masks for ‘common sense’. reasons. Am I missing something? I get it, we don’t want to be jerks, or in some cases get tased. Some of us work for companies that require them, but given the choice why on earth would anyone with a brain choose to do this?

Problem is enough people embraced the masks as a temporary concession to get things open. Now will be permanent because the politicians see some kind of consensus because people are following the law. And they will follow the law untill it's not the law. See the problem? Not one place has released criteria when it will be advisable to remove them, because they think people think it works. It's all circular logic.
