Hayden, guy responsible for collecting data on 100% of Americans illegally using NSA resources....calling someone an "asshole." Surprised he could stand up in that much bullshit. Really surprised no on in the USAF ever brought him up on charges. Odds he made it what 40 yrs, w/o breaking a reg seem mighty slim.
