It's not ineptidude. It's not an accident.
- It was settled science that cloth masks do not stop these types of infections. In fact, prior studies have strongly inferred mass mask wearing could INCREASE infection rates.

LA releases tweet encouraging people to take the mask on an off repeatedly (between bites) when having a meal. Directly contradocting the sciene of hand to mask cross contamination.

This goes beyond ineptitude. This is corruption of the highest order and any deaths from covid in these cities should be laid at the INTENTIONAL feet of their Governors. They must be held accountable. There must be recourse.
