The rumor is he's resigning. Seems unlikely timing wise, but I've got my fingers crossed.
If not that, then it's the deep states latest effort to get rid of Trump with an October surprise, so it won't be good.
If he resigns or not, he's likely to say the President is asking him to breach national security and he feels that he just can't do such a terrible thing, putting our country at risk.
In other words, he's a crook and doesn't want to get caught. They always use "national security" as an excuse to hide shit. This press briefing is supposed to be about.... national security. :/
And he will blame Trump?

Trump can appoint an acting FBI director.. I'm not sure who is behind Wray as assistant director at the moment..My guess is if Wray is resigning he knows he can no longer slow walk or keep information classified. So this is their way to make any further declass attempt to be seen as against national security or somehow nefarious..

I'm pretty sure Wray is going to blast Trump for declassifying documents and say it threatens national security. People are saying he's about to quit over it. Don't forget Wray is NOT on Trumps side.
