Um, laws still apply. Assault (sexual, verbal or physical) is real. Obviously some stuff is overblown but saying it never happens is equally retarded.

Either freedom of speech exists or it does not. The exceptions are too numerous and too malleable.

Freedom of speech does not include incitement to violence, slander, libel and other exceptions. SCOTUS has ruled on this a number of times.

Just because someone owns a business or works in them does not make them magically immune from the rule of law.

Sure. Leftist laws where if you accidently brush against a co-worker on the way to the bathroom you will be called a rapist. Just like what they're trying to do to Trump. All bullshit.

Show me 1 example of brushing against somebody and getting called a rapist that leads to a lawsuit. I will wait.

As for harassment, I personally just settled 2 lawsuits and came out successful financially and cleared my work record. My former employer (gov't agency) knew that I had a gun pointed at me and boss instructed me not to report it, and they also made in writing false accusations about my character and mocked my religion to the point it led to me being fired as I was a whistleblowing about others falsifying accounting, etc. So don't tell me it doesn't happen.

Mark Pearson was criminally charged for walking past a woman on a subway platform. He was not able to face his accuser in a court of law and it is illegal to release her name in the UK.

I'm talking about the USA, not the UK, and also you were talking about workplace assault, not public spaces so this fails on both counts. VERY VERY different set of laws and countries. Keep digging, but good try.

I see you haven't come up with any examples still.

I did succeed. I'm not a millionaire but I got my lawyer's fees back and then some to cover related taxes. I mainly cared about clearing the name and not being in the hole for the suit. It was against a government agency.
