For a while, pistol braces "could not be shouldered." Then the ATF ruled "who cares, shoulder it all you like." Now that looks to be over with, which would make a TON of heretofore legally owned AR15 pistols with braces subject to an SBR tax stamp.
This is going to tick off a ton of gun owners... right before an election. Maybe the deep state within ATF doing their part for glorious revolution?
Anything with a barrel over 8" is a rifle, under is a handgun
Or even better, just get rid of all gun laws except the 2A and codify saying states and munis cant make laws against 2A rights including (all the previous things banned)

Solution: Get rid of SBR classification.
