It's time we faced the facts that the UK is not our ally. Let me list the reasons why:

Also, Prince Charles has run around the world shouting his mouth off about Climate Change every chance he gets. The aristocracy is also very anti-Israel and sides with Palestinians for decades to the point that they have undermined peace in the middle east for decades. On top of that, the aristocratic class in the UK raised all the red diaper doper babies that almost handed the UK to the Communist during the Cold War. That's just their royalty and aristocracy. Don't think for a second that the blue bloods of the UK are pining around in the shadows just waiting for all this "democracy" bs to pass away so they can resume ruling the nation without the pesky subjects' getting in the way. They are. About 20% of UK's citizens even agree with this. Their royalty still rule but in a diminished capacity. The USA was founded on rejecting a hereditary noble class (Harvard, Yale and the ivy League not withstanding)
The UK and their populace and their government for almost a century now, has done their level best to tear down, insult, destroy, vilify and malign all conservative, Christian and Republicans in the U.S. The UK has made a pasttime of mocking those of us on the right in the U.S. Whether it's their constant harping on our 2nd Amendment, ridiculing our strong Christians or excoriating us for not having universal healthcare, the UK seeks to impose by mockery and propaganda it's own welfare state on the U.S.
The UK has been using our military as a defensive shield since WWII so they can expand their welfare state while doing as little as possible to be a military partner we can rely on. In fact, it's military alliance is basically the art of doing as little as possible to pretend they are a force in the world. Up until rather recently, the UK didn't even have one Naval carrier and it's carrier is one half the size of a standard American carrier. They're traditionally a naval power but yet, for over 20 years, they couldn't even field carrier and now they have one, just one and it's largely for show.
The UK lied to us for years about Basra. I don't know if George W Bush and his administration knew it, but the UK lied to it's people and to our people for years about Basra Iraq. They made a secret deal with an Iranian backed militia to stay out of Basra in exchange for not attacking their bases and soldiers. They allowed Iran to operate with impunity because they were so scared of casualties. In March of 2008, our special forces and the Iraqi Army finally went into Basra and cleaned the Iranian backed militia out. That could have happened at least five years earlier if the UK hadn't been such cowardly liars.
From 2003 to 2008, the UK public routinely named the U.S. as the biggest threat to world peace. Not Russia, not China, not radical Islamic terrorism, nope, they named us as the biggest threat to world peace. They did that in the 80's and the early 90's as well. What good is it to have a geopolitical ally when every time we need them, they call you the biggest problem? They did it when Reagan was taking down the USSR and they did it when Bush was waging a war against Radical islamic terrorists.
Speaking of radical Islamic terrorists, it was the UK that originally gave sanctuary to the Muslim Brotherhood and soon to be Al Qaeda leaders within the UK because "they oppose the death penalty" and so opposed Hosni Mubarak of Egypt's clamp down on radical Islamic terrorists. Then they let these radicals organize out of London for the purposes of destablilizing and radicalizing the Middle East and wage a soft jihad into Europe.
Recently, they interfered in our 2016 election and have repeatedly disrespected President Trump on official visits. That's nothing new, when Queen Victoria died, they also treated Theodore Roosevelt like crap when he attended the funeral. Anyway, don't for a second think that Christopher Steele and his employer Orbit wasn't operating with the full knowledge and blessing of Mi6 GCHQ, he was. the coup plotters had the full cooperation of the GCHQ. There's a reason why the day after Trump was elected, the head of GCHQ resigned. There had to be cooperation at the highest levels for Stefan Halper to set up Carter Page, George Papadopolous and Michael Flynn.
