One of those counts is evidence tampering... Which is utter bullshit. The gun was only tampered with after it was in possession of the prosecutor's office.
It's so ridiculous. No one who smashed their gate and violently trespassed has been prosecuted of course. The double standard of justice in this country is getting difficult to accept.
