Look at the fingers. I think somebody photoshopped them. Nobody holds them in that position. It looks like two regular 6's and backward 6 because of course you couldn't really form the fingers to make 3 regular 6's without it appearing too photoshopped.
But the second regular 6, the fingers are definitely too long. I'm pretty sure they are photoshopped. Somebody is screwing with this photo.

jesus guy, of course it's photoshopped. The fingers spell out "blood", he's "throwing up" the blood gang sign.
