IF you collect them, you take them out of the game... Turn them over to the proper agency, with your pictures, and file a complaint. NOBODY should vote twice.. NOBODY should commit ANY crime.

Your instinct on this is 100% correct... you are a true conservative... any democrat would instantly use them. Democrats have a core of turpitude.
