I wish this attitude was more popular. Not every sickness requires amputation. Why don't we take back the NFL and not let them take everything we love? Why don't we stand up and stop letting them destroy one of the most beautiful states in the country. For some reason we believe something is too far to be saved, but I believe california can be saved, the NFL can be won back to the actual Patriots who watch it.
I hear you. Unfortunately , Sports teams are businesses, owned by people, who can run them in whatever way they want. And I support their right to do so. When some sports team owner (manager?) decides to force the players to stand for the anthem, stop wearing BLM etc on their helmets, that team will start seeing fans come back. They will probably lose a few “star” players, but not for long. The misinformed players are acting like spoiled children demanding the right to protest etc. Owners and managers will need to lose revenue before they wake up.
Another unfortunate thing, with broadcast TV in times past, viewers tuning out would have immediately created a drop in revenue from advertisers. Now, with cable, the networks get money from subscribers, and a particular show or game does not impact the revenue as quickly.
Fans have no control, unlike voters in this political choices, who have a voice In the selection of our representatives (so far.)
But if we had a strong nfl commissioner that wasn't afraid to "lose the black vote" or whatever reason they're doing this people would follow suit. The only reason these cucks are kneeling is fear of prosecution. If the nfl commissioner said stand for the USA the issue would be done. Change the leadership, encourage patriotism and the actual NFL watching base would support it. I'm not against businesses or people protesting either but the bending of the knee to the will of the mob is weakness and that weakness can be fixed.
