Operation Rise, conducted by Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) between Sept. 28 and Oct. 2 in the Los Angeles, San Diego and San Francisco areas, nabbed 128 illegal immigrants. X number of ILLEGAL IMMIGRANTS will always come to 100% criminals. Coming into the country Illegally is a crime.
