First episode of TNG, in the scene with a red alert and all hands scrambling down the corridor to their assigned positions or safety or wherever, in that crowd, front and center there is a tall muscular man wearing a star trek TNG crew dress. There's a tranny in episode one and I bet you didn't even notice it.
