Private businesses can’t tell you not to carry a fire arm, but if they ask you to leave because you won’t put it up and they call the cops, they have you for trespassing. A store can’t enforce masks, but they can ask you to leave.

They have to make reasonable accommodations for their customers who choose not to wear a mask or it’s harassment. Yes harassment. Can they make a policy to require you to wear a hijab for entry? A belt buckle? A hat? Take your pick. There is no LAW to wear a mask. Look up the difference between mandates, regulations, and laws. No single person/governor can make law. Only a governing body/legislature. Denying entry to an establishment that is open to the public can be considered false imprisonment. I have been researching CA law and am beginning to understand how the laws actually work. Shit your mouth if you haven’t done the same for wherever you are. Visit... https://www.thehealthyamerican.org/ it’s the entryway to understanding. Once you understand your rights and the law you will be asking the store to call the cops for you. Use them to make a citizen’s if you want. At the very least use the cops to make your discrimination report a formal record. Learn truth before you regurgitate what you heard from from some other ignorant fool.

I live in a very pro 2A state where businesses can still deny access if you carry a firearm. I’m just pointing out, unless you are willing to go to court to fight it, they can AND WILL do whatever the hell the feel like because they know most people would rather comply for convenience than have to go somewhere else.

That’s a fair statement. I see what you’re getting at. I’m tempted to call that an extreme example as guns and courts never seem to mix well and thing may have a bigger chance of going south but the level of this virus hysteria, sadly, seems to match gum hysteria.
