I’ve seen this argument from leftists now that Trump survived; and besides it being hateful by itself, it has an easy response Trump can make soon. They claim that it’s hurtful because “families had to die in isolation and Trump didn’t have to”, THEY DIDN’T HAVE TO, THAT KILLS PEOPLE! Trump needs to call it out, since I don’t think the general population that tolerates masks is deep enough to believe isolation is 100% needed like that. This is like a cult that needs to be distanced from reality before it becomes reality, so I call it the covid cult. There is a small of the covid cult who are such extremists that they believe anyone who has seen someone tested positive should be locked in a room for 14 days in complete isolation. This is every strategy; get the hateful extremists to reveal themselves to moderates!
