695 Mail-in Voter Turnout Is VERY LOW For Dems and they were expecting a high turnout with mail ins but it is not happening. WI is one of many examples. Looks like they are going to actually start campaigning and convince their voters to stop watching pedoflix and get off the couch to go vote.
