On September 29, 2020, while General Flynn’s counsel was still arguing in thedistrict court against amicus Gleeson, Director of National Intelligence John Ratcliffereleased a letter in which he announced the declassification of new, shockingevidence. Ex. C. In response to a request from Congress about “information relatedto the Federal Bureau of Investigation’s Crossfire Hurricane Investigation,” Ratcliffedeclassified this information showing that “U.S. Presidential candidate HillaryClinton had approved a campaign plan to stir up a scandal against U.S. Presidentialcandidate Donald Trump by tying him to Putin and the Russians’ hacking of theDemocratic National Committee.”
Just as of yesterday, DNI Ratcliffe hasdeclassified additional supporting information. Ex. D. DNI Ratcliffe also stated thatthe report regarding Mrs. Clinton was not Russian disinformation. Accordingly,there is evidence that Hillary Clinton approved the plan to create the fraud of Russiancollusion that provided the pretext to frame General Flynn.
