For all you 2nd amendment pedes out there, let refresh your memory...
"The right of the people to KEEP and BEAR arms SHALL NOT BE INFRINGED"
The founders spelled this out in perfect beautiful simplicity, yet the ATF seems to have trouble understanding this. Now they are going after the manufacturer of the Honey Badger, a short barreled AR-15 designed and developed by Q, LLC.
This could put anybody who has a short barreled AR-15 "pistol" in future legal jeopardy. I don't care what your thoughts are on braces or SBR's.... again it says right there SHALL NOT BE INFRINGED! This is not difficult to understand...

Um, AR-15 is designed to be modular. Classifying any of it can be left at the doorstep with changes made in a moment. It should just be left at the "AR-15 platform."
Not sure what they expect, I know many pistols that have no expected accuracy, point blank only "as close as possible" so should we even go a step further than that?
Finally, OP, how are these getting to Donald?
