Trump hasn't exactly been the most pro 2A. It's true. The ATF is going all In on reclassifying guns and gun accessories and the commander in chief hasn't stepped in to put a halt to these unconstitutional pushes on our guns. Trump MUST start being more pro 2A. It's worrisome to say the LEAST. Down vote me, IDGAF. He needs to do WAY better on the 2A. Where is the NRA? What EXACTLY have they done lately? Kyle Rittenhouse hasn't gotten a word of support. The McKlowskys are on their own with no support from them. Wtf.
Edit: we need to raise some hell about this and get the president's attention. Maybe he has alot on his plate atm, but he needs to address this.
We just need to get this guy in office or else nbody is buying anything.

I agree. But you could say the same about HCQ. Do you want Trump to trigger that kind of firestorm right now, about guns? He’s good at choosing the right moment to win battles, instead of just fighting them.
Personally I expect him to reverse this just like the Marines Gender-neutral terminology. That happened about six months from it’s widespread introduction, and a week after it hit the mainstream press.
I'm not sure I get the relation of hcq with our 2A. Medicine is not enshrined in our constitution. Guns are. And accessories have been upheld forever as also part of the 2A. It's just been lately they've been trying to Infringe on them aggressively. They've really sped up on striking down our firearms/accessories in Trump's first term, with no legal ground. And yet they do it.

Nobody here is suggesting to vote for creepy Joe. We're asking POTUS to stand up for our rights. That's what we elected him for. He gave no shits what the establishment thought or wanted. He did what WE wanted. Now he needs to stand up for our gun rights.

I hear that! But we have another problem to deal with too. The government takes baby steps so if people push back they make US seem the "unreasonable" ones. And they use it extremely well.
"Omg! We just outlawed a brace! Look at how extreme they are!"
Next: "Omg! We JUST outlawed 30 round magazines! Look how extreme they are!"
Eventually...again: "OMG! we just outlawed semi automatic weapons of war! Look how extreme they are!"

IMO Trump has made the right call erasing the brown-bag 2A laws. They give the left a talking point and an attack vector that they can exploit to go after our rights.
Make FA legal, or don't. Bump-stocks (for example) that circumvent the law, are just a good way for the left to go after our rights.
I disagree. The ATF didn't think bump stocks were a problem under Obama. Why are they a problem now? Any and ALL accessories should be legal under protection of the 2A. ALL OF IT.
In 2010, the ATF determined that because bump stocks had no moving parts that it was not illegal and was just an accessory. And then came to a similar conclusion again in 2012. It was only under the Trump administration that they targeted the accessory. ( This was found in that rag USA TODAY ).
"But they were used to murder alotta People". This is an argument I hear alot. So what? People get killed with semi automatic firearms in FAR greater numbers. If we agree to the argument above, we put ourselves at risk of losing far more "because people are being killed!". We MUST stand up if we want to have anything left.
The vast majority of people killed in gun violence, are killed by small caliber pistols. They go after ARs because they're the most popular rifle, and they go after bump stocks because the herd, people, are gullible idiots.

A few people losing their bump-stock brown bag law protection, is trivial, relative to the ammo that it provides the anti-gun left.
They go after ARs not because they are popular, but because they are the most effective firearm (that's legal) for fighting tyranny. And the most effective at stopping a lynch mob (antifa) as well.
That's what I said. Semi automatic firearms. That Includes semi automatic pistols.
They go after AR's because they know what the end game is, and those rifles provide us with the fire power needed to defend ourselves.
And propaganda will always be with us. That's not a reason to relinquish our rights. What happens when they turn their attention back fully on AR'S and use that same propaganda? Will we just give them up because " it gives leftist ammo"? No. The same applies to this. It's slow Infringement. Death by a thousand cuts ( regulations ). The slow erosion of our rights and freedoms. AR's were outlawed once and only by a miracle we got them back. They will come for them again because we just keep giving up ground and letting it happen.
