I got into a day long argument on r/love for landlords with a mod because they said Biden raising taxes was good for landlords bc “we” can charge more. I explained that yes we will charge more BUT we will also PAY more. Additionally it will price a lot of potential renters out of the market giving us a much smaller pool. Therefore we could make the same amount of money but lose out on a lot of potential money because we can’t find renters. They were basically like you don’t know anything about rent. I accused them of being a LARPing Faggot who clearly isn’t an ACTUAL landlord because Biden is against our interests. That whole sub is cucked for Biden now.... was fun for a month or so.... sad.
