Dems have always used their cronies like CNN to fact check and write lies, the POTUS just straight up does it himself and fact checks them with actual footage.
I thought it was surprising they dropped the fracking question on her, and I don't know what to make of it. Was it supposed to be a softball question that she was supposed to say she will look good, and she fucked it up by saying she will not ban it? Did the moderator want to see her stumble up? Was she intimated by Pence, meaning he was destroying her before this?
I think she was panicking on the inside. It looked like she went in thinking Pence would be like Trump, meaning having a wild debate. He remained calm and cool the entire time, and every time she said "I'm talking" when Pence interrupted she took such a long pause, as if waiting for a reaction, almost like trying to bait him. It wasn't working, and it derailed her. I think she went in as if she prepared to debate Pence in a "Trump style" but Pence is Pence and it did not work. For the dems, it would have been beneficial for them if they put Harris against Trump and Biden against Pence, in a hypothetical situation.
