I think this would be a great reframing of the leftist mantra that would behoove us to maintain going forward. Science by its very essence is not something to be believed; science is challenged, supported by evidence, and theories evolve. Scientists have bias and are being raised as religious figures if they follow the left's party line. However, if we UNDERSTAND science, then we know not to follow it blindly.
