Don't have sex unless you are willing to raise the child or at least put the baby up for adoption. The rules are simple, even liberals should be able to understand.
Our most innocent deserve our greatest protections!! There is no debate to that. It is a life, not a choice. You have been deceived if, you believe otherwise. Sterilizing the conversation or redefined meanings of language doesn't change the facts...
To preface this, I'm not pro-choice. I am leaning toward pro life especially now that I am a father myself...
But can someone explain to me how to reconcile the following: if abortion were illegal, who will pay for the babies? If the adoption system were inundated with all the millions of aborted babies every year, how would there be enough people to adopt them? Who would pay to raise all those babies to adulthood?
Once again, I'm not pro abortion, but I genuinely want to understand what the solution to this problem is.
It's crazy difficult to adopt an infant. That Would dramatically change if abortion were not legal. A lot of people would step up. I know a couple who tried for nearly 20 years to adopt an infant who finally gave up. It is a problem, yes, but don't discount the goodness of America.
Apparently you are unaware that there ARE millions of people, ready, willing and able to adopt. A couple of generations of people who have not been able to conceive themselves have had to remain childless or go outside the country to adopt. There would not be a problem finding families.
There are 2 million Americans currently waiting to adopt. We looked into it personally, and were told by the agency that the wait list was so long, they would t even put us on it. This is absolutely the solution.
I don't think that normal people question the right and wrong of it. Basically it seems the question is who is going to pay for it. Planned parenthood is not entitled to anyone's tax dollars. There are so many options that late term abortion for no medical reason is something a lot of us won't support, at least financially.
...late term abortion for no medical reason is something a lot of us won't support, at least financially.
I have to disagree with you here (only because you state it's due to financial reasons)- late term abortion is murder, IMO unless the baby is guaranteed to die outside the womb anyways once born (e.g. anencephaly)
Doctors say a patient is alive if they have a heart beat so why does this not apply to a unborn baby?
When they talk about woman's choice or reproduction health it is code word that they want late term abortions. Obama even voted to allow babies to die if they somehow survived an abortion and were born alive. This is infanticide and those that are pushing it are mass murderers.
Are they trying to normalize infanticide and if so for what purpose?
Exactly. That is exactly when 'choice' comes into the matter.

Well said!

That goodness exists, but you are discounting the magnitude of need for unwanted children if abortions were stopped.
Maybe people would stop having random, spontaneous sex.
That's possible I guess, although I don't know how likely.
Probably not though. Were talking about garbage people.

Having to suffer the consequences of one's choices is a powerful motivator for making better choices.

Unpopular opinion here, but I really just don’t think that leftists should be able to procreate.
I’m fully aware of how terrible that sounds, but it’s just my opinion.
