there's someone by that name in the gallic wars.

acco was the chieftain of a gallic tribe called the senones ('the ancient ones', it's from the same ancienet indo-european word as the latin 'senex' or 'senate' for that matter). (the seine is named after this tribe)

acco allegedly incited the gallic revolt of 52 bc against Julius Caesar. this failed and was put down, and acco was executed.
