I think he should threaten to pack the court and simultaneous propose an amendment to cap it at 9 justices. That way they either ratify the amendment, or we get two more justices. WIN-WIN.

I propose he put 200 million people on the Supreme Court -- all of his supporters.

Any time the Supreme Court wants to do anything, they have to ask all of his supporters what they think of it.

And that will be the law of the land.
