Kamala Harris subtly threatens America by mentioning that Lincoln delayed nominating a justice. Know why he did? There was a goshdarned civil war happening... Seems to me like she is pushing listeners to associate 2020 with 1864.

The 37th congress (1862-64) was controlled by the Republicans. Lincoln could delay the nomination unit after the election because he didn't have to worry about the democrats, because most were fighting the union and were not voting for members of congress. Its a stupid comparison.
