I've been at enough meetings where I needed to speak. And I've been on hostage negotiations where live data is being fed to me while I'm trying to talk the perp down. The Cadence of Harris' delivery was not natural or normal. I'm also very familiar with multi-tasking computer environments. Harris was unable to deliver any thought chains smoothly. She did a great job of covering this up, however, by trying to disguise her delivery with mock emotion and long pauses. She slowed the delivery down just enough so that her brain could hear what was being fed to her, without substantially tripping up her mouth. There is no question that Harris was mic'd for this debate. If it was up to me, I'd get someone in there with a portable squelch generator that would cause feedback to her earpiece. Watch her scramble then!
