Mine isn't awful in terms of being a crazy bitch, but the complete opposite. She lets everyone walk all over her and shows no initiative, so the place just kinda disintegrates until someone like regional shows up. She tried to be stricter but people started calling her bitchy and she immediately stopped because she'd rather be friendly with everyone than, you know, their boss.
