Last night was certainly ⚡ Electric ⚡. I am not sure how many seconds 2 minutes is but it seems that men get about 50 and women get 180. Women also seem to be able to rebut as much as they want. Even with this inherent disparity Pence proves once again why he is the best vice president and why Trump's love for him never wavers. Feel free to discuss this debate here. Try to keep top level comments limited to clips and debate topics.
As usual, the debate "questions" were all 1-2 minute democrat talking point statements. Literally spewing out a bunch of information as if it was a fact and there of course is no time for Pence to actually respond to those. They are just accepted and then finally the question is posed at the end.
Example - Global warming is causing hurricanes to slow down and be wetter and the fires on the west coast are caused by it too and are burning hotter. The moderator stated that as fact.
How about, simply asking what is your position on the environment. Boom thats all you need to ask, and let THEM talk. They could have spoke for an extra half hour!
Are you surprised? They are Democratic Moderators so obviously they believe all the left talking points as facts.
They were. The moderator was superior to Wallace, but should not be praised. She opened the door repeatedly for Harris to spew lies and every "question" was from the perspective of the left / democrat / globalist. Completely unacceptable.
Republicans should quit participating in any debates that are obviously rigged and start holding true town halls with honest questions from honest people ... That way they can give honest answers without being constantly on defense.
These are a waste of time and accomplish nothing more than establishing that left-wing talking points are the talking points.
"I want to talk about (insert left wing bs topic). The (paid for, grant-based, tax raising) science is settled! Republican / Non-Dem candidate, you're clearly an evil backwards ingrate. Can you explain why?"
Cuck Wallace did this in the last debate too. They have decided, but when most dont believe that crap they look like fools. Its the same "do you enjoy beating your wife line".
Thank you for pointing this out. The questions were deliberately constructed so that 2 minutes are not nearly enough to respond adequately from an even leveled playing field.
Its the only way they could make this seem like a fair debate (and then give her much more time and cut off Pence in the middle of important ending statements).
