Good morning patriots

Last night was certainly ⚡ Electric ⚡. I am not sure how many seconds 2 minutes is but it seems that men get about 50 and women get 180. Women also seem to be able to rebut as much as they want. Even with this inherent disparity Pence proves once again why he is the best vice president and why Trump's love for him never wavers. Feel free to discuss this debate here. 2 things I saw in the post-debate coverage that stood out:

  1. I saw Frank Luntz talking about a focus group of actual undecided voters who said while they didn't like Pence interrupting they disliked even more Harris' condescending attitude which pretty much nailed it.

Personally that shoulder and head bobbing up and down with the constant hair swinging was annoying AF.

  1. Flipping thru to see how CNN was going to sing the praises of Kamala I was shocked to see this chyron during the post-debate analysis:

"Both VP candidates dodge questions" (or something to that effect).

For CNN to actually admit that Harris refused to give straight answers was astonishing.

I think most people have literally never watched debates before. The 'continuing to talk until my thought is done' and the back and forth that constitutes the interruption is a part of the political judo going on. It's performance art. Pence only stumbled once on a question but he said some random unrelated stuff, then came back to his main points. It was amazing.

If Pence just stopped mid sentence because the moderator interrupted, he'd look like an idiot. Candidate's have always finished their thoughts.

My teenager was incensed to log onto Instagram and see people claiming Kamala won... this is redpilling her better than I ever could

She always looks like she's wearing the same outfit.

Reminds me of how Pee Wee Herman's suit fits. It's like someone dressing up as an adult.

Pence honestly dodged questions in a masterful way. A lot of the time the questions were bait or an attempt to drag him down into the mud, and he simply stepped around it like they weren't even there. Instead of diving into the weeds to answer the question he went straight to the heart of the issue and addressed the underlying causes, not just the symptoms they were asking about. It was great.

And some he just ignored entirely like that stupid have you talked about having to replace the president because he's old garbage. There are plans for everything. Of course it's been discussed at some level at some point. Everybody knows that, nobody cares.
