Also, if the 2020 election doesn't have clear results (due to blatant election fraud by the Dems), Nancy Pelosi WOULD NOT be in line to become President because the very nature of "election results uncertain" would mean that the House and Senate elections are also uncertain, leaving her with no power as of January 2021.
In that scenario, the person who becomes President would be someone in the President's cabinet (likely Secretary of Defense Mike Pompeo), and the Dems would leave the White House free to enact whatever legislation they want whenever they want simply due to Congress completely lacking one of their two divisions, while also missing one third of the remaining division.
