Yes, that's clearly their Orwellian strategy. If it actually works we should have no qualms about killing half the US population. If it doesn't work but they cheat their way into power, we just need to be a little more selective. If we win, the mindless horde on the street will be more violent than ever. I see no peaceful resolution
