It wouldn't surprise me if rich democrats in ca, mn and all the rest of these places bought up all the cheap land. It's not like conservatives are going to buy it knowing there's no way to dislodge these left-leaning-parasites from a government that allows full blown riots.

It was. Clarence Boddicker was a nerd working for OCP in the first one too. Robocop stopped being a science-fiction franchise a long time ago; if it even ever was. I guess there's no actual robocop in real life to save the day so maybe that's the fiction.
Blockbusting has been around for a long time. Hire joggers to harras the tenents. Tenents move out. Split the apartments into tiny little studios and the rent the smaller space out at jacked up prices to said joggers.
