In fairness, he was forced to state that under oath because snakes in the DoJ made it official policy. I don't feel he actually believes that, but he did say it. He would have perjured himself otherwise.

Bullshit. Wolf was a sheep the day he was moved into the temp. position. There is nothing perjurious in telling a truth that can be backed by facts. Both he and Wray lied to Congress.
