Put a Trump bumper sticker under the Trump bumper sticker
Inside the vehicle.
Or inside the vehicle on the sun visors, and flip the visors up only when you have to park at locations where the likelihood of tolerant people smashing your vehicle is elevated. Being visible from the front, more people will see the sticker than a sticker placed on the rear bumper anyway. Consider the number of cars who you drive by in the opposing lane versus the number behind you on any given day. Old campaign trick - stick those stickers up front.

Bumper stickers are cheap, and its better to have them easily removed and easily replaced than to have a window broken out, or paint scratched, or part of the truck damaged in the removal effort.
Spray paint use the beater car
inside the glass. maybe 2 or 3 inside the glass...
will ruin your truck, but construction spray adhesive (on the bumpersticker, drys to tackiness - placed on bumper) will not be removed easily - and I do NOT recommend doing this.
Install a camera to record them tearing it off. Give footage to police

or cover it in clear lubricant/grease ,makes it harder to grasp an edge.
