Since the industrial revolution the trend was people moving from farms into cities. Since remote work from home started catching on the trend seemed to be reversing with people going away from mega cities. This entire shutdown will probably be the catalyst for companies going full remote for jobs that can be done that way. Its better for us. Its less over head for them. With the riots added in thus is going to be an inflection point in how workers chose where to live.
