Neat, but we don't need to worry about this. Trump's cabinet got rid of a lot of the never trumpers a while ago so this is just crying into the wind.

The 25th amendment is designed so you can't remove a functional president. Its for brain dead ones or comatose ones, as even if they get the votes in the cabinet (which again will not happen) the president can return control to himself very easily.

There is already a mechanism for removing a president you don't like, its called impeachment, and she already tired that and it failed so badly they don't talk about it any more.
