Longest for me was 2 months. 30 days waiting for some background checks on the initial seller to pass, then 15 day waiting period after going in to purchase, pushed back to 60 days total because somebody at the DOJ filed something incorrectly or something, repeating the 15 day period. Mostly made me want to commit gun violence against the DOJ. Probably not what they intended the laws to accomplish.

I used to assume incompetence and foolishness, but now I see malice, corruption and authoritarians. They wish to collapse our country so they can play with its ashes.
