She doesn't have to know to say it, dingbat. We've spent the last 4 years pointing out how often she lies and you're surprised she would agree with someone that she knows is on her side just to make her look agreeable?

I heard it too when it was happening live and looked at the person I was watching the debate with, and said the same thing, "how did she know that would be a good sequence into the next topic." The moderator didn't even finish asking her question.
TBH I think it was just her filler words cause she was a nervous wreck wanting to get on the next topic.
Same reason she couldn't answer Pence's question, or the 8th grader's question, she can only respond to questions she's rehearsed.
