Many citizens will lose their right to vote after election day...

There, fixed the dissenting opinion for you.

99
Rainman 99 points ago +99 / -0

If they're too fucking lazy to complete the ballot on time, didn't they just relinquish their right to vote?

52
IAmTheSenate 52 points ago +52 / -0

Yeah I don't get it.

Can I say, two days after the election "Oh whoops! My bad! I'm sorry I forgot to vote. You have to count my vote now because if you don't you're a RAY-SISS"

Makes no sense.

It’s like saying “people who are late to their job lose their right to work.” Obviously.

I guess that’s a hard concept to grasp for a group of people who don’t work.

I'm talking about the right to vote after election day. Because as you are probably aware, being on time is racist.

Most welcome, Fam! If you want to know how to do others, simply open up "Character Map" (under Windows Accessories in later versions of Windows, or just Accessories in earlier versions), and in the bottom right corner, if the selected special character has an Alt code, it will be there!

I wouldn't be surprised at all to learn that the left is embracing the concept of BPT (black people time) as a legitimate and proper aspect of the "black experience". I mean, they're already beginning to embrace segregation again, at this point nothing these retards think or believe in could surprise me.

I got my California ballet a few days ago. Anyone could have grabbed it and mailed it in my place.

14
liberty4alll 14 points ago +14 / -0

By that logic there would never be ANY due date for a ballot.

5
540k-Again 5 points ago +5 / -0

That is the exact logic and ideology of the Democracy Party. They want every person to vote on everything, all the time aka mob rule (50%+1). aka Destroy our Representitive Republic for which we stand, and turn it into a democracy.

Marxists want to then turn that mob rule democracy, into a commietopia.

I'd love to hear his explanation also. I live in this state, Tony Evers is a piece of shit. No way they would just let this happen. There was fuckery that took place. I pounded the steering wheel when Walker just laid down and did nothing. The AM talk radio hosts said nothing. I couldn't believe it. To "find" ballots that puts Evers just enough to win. FML.

According to voter registrations the Republicans are doing way better in Arizona this year then in 2016. The Democrats will not have enough votes to take it from them.

23
MsAnthropic 23 points ago +23 / -0

Exactly - I don’t understand how this makes ANYONE “lose their right to vote”!!

22
hansgruber7 22 points ago +22 / -0

The idiot vote is really important to the Democrats. The truth is that they need those extra days to know how many fraudulent ballots they need to submit. Otherwise they have to guess ahead of time and could miscalculate.

14
Block_Helen 14 points ago +14 / -0

That's it, in a nutshell.

Especially in Wisconsin. Dems got burned once because of delayed reporting in a leans-Republican district in a special election (Brookfield I think). They didn't know how many votes they needed to steal and they came up short. They were so pissed.

9
IncredibleMrE1 9 points ago +9 / -0

How dare you oppress me with your federally mandated deadline!

8
that_sound 8 points ago +8 / -0

They need to wait til after election day to see how many ballots they need to forge to overcome those who voted for Trump.

There is no other reason. They just can't say it out loud. Has nothing to do with voting. Has everything to do with election fraud and only that.

3
540k-Again 3 points ago +3 / -0

And Dems need to scan ballots that come in before election day along with the election day stuff; bc this lets them see who voted and who didn't so they can forge or harvest more and more after election day.

Election DAY should be 1 day only. Ballots should never leave the polling place until the end of the night being sealed up.

37
RockyMin 37 points ago +37 / -0

GOOD!!!! This needs to happen in every state that is trying to extend deadlines. It's getting clearer and clearer why Nancy is suddenly talking about the 25th amendment. Their vote by mail scheme is failing.

Any state that allows this is run by commies.

25
Dirk_Diggler 25 points ago +25 / -0

I hate every aspect of this mail in voting bullshit. It's literally designed in such a way, that if they don't steal the election outright, they will keep finding and counting votes until they "win." They pulled this proof of concept in Arizona when Sinema won over McSally. It was pretty fucking blatant, yet it still stands.

20
IntrepidBurger 20 points ago +22 / -2

This is bigger than people realize. Michigan has possibly the highest incidence of voter fraud out of any state, and easily the most out of swing states.

It's also the state that John James is running for Senate in, and should have one in 2016. He's currently ahead.

An extra Senate seat would be huge.

EDIT: This is for Wisconsin, note Michigan as I misread. Still, very promising as MI is a swing state.

3

The two judges in the panel’s majority were both nominated by Republican presidents. Circuit Judge Frank Easterbrook was appointed by Ronald Reagan and Circuit Judge Amy St. Eve was appointed by Trump.

Circuit Judge Ilana Rovner, an appointee of George H.W. Bush, also a Republican, wrote in a dissent that the majority’s decision was a “travesty.”

Three judges appointed by three (R) presidents. Just proves that the deep state is alive and well even in "our" party.

[redpill] For anyone that cares how the "Game" of higher court cases work, sometimes you need a judge to write the garbage ruling based of the garbage precident/case law which was brought before the court as argued by the "National funded lawyers". This garbage opinion, is what then goes to the next level on appeal, so then a "good" new ruling can be handed down as overturning that old garbage case law.

So even though in a perfect world, judges would be following the Constitution, well because of the EVIL MARXIST

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ashwander_rules

means courts aren't supposed to rule on "Constitutionality" if they can avoid it. This is a major reason why the unconstitutional crud has built up over the last 90 years.

So moral of the story, don't always assume a "judges" opinion, his the judges actual opinion as it should be in a perfect world. Nearly all law students are taught, most lawyers practice, and nearly all sitting judges play this bureaucratic swamp game, rather than buck the system (other wise it means never getting promoted, and relegated to like the equivalent of traffic court, of still on the bench). Think in terms of what the GOP did to Ron Paul, or what the senate does to Rand; if you start going all "reading the Constitution" in your rulings and opinions.

1
540k-Again 1 point ago +1 / -0

9th not completely turned around yet. See they assign judges and panels, so on cases that matter, guess what, your panel of judges is well like Comey hanging out on July 4th weekend at Hillary's.

Give one key example:

Article 1, Section 2, Clause 4. Gov Gavin Newsom has been openly violating this since Jan 11. for the CA-50th. It's like nearest the top thing written for a governor to do written in the US Constitution.

Where's a court or a judge or a lawyer who will file this case?????? Bringing it up to the gov's office in May, like 3 weeks later, over a dozen heavily armed officers (2 detectives, 2 sgts, 9+ deputies) kidnapped my elderly and disabled mother (former politician) and held her as a political prisoner for 17 days without warrant, papers, judge, communication and tortured her starvation/thirst/etc. She looked like a Holocaust survivior when she was allowed out. All on an "anonymous call" to do a "senior welfare check" ya right. One officer's whole job was standing in the neighbors front yard with a video camera to try to get their Roger Stone CNN style takedown on camera. (Obviously they didn't send a small army at our house, for anyone but me.)

Now the FIB wants to run how much man-power on nonsense kidnapping plots, when the FIB wont investigate actual (poltical) kidnapping/abduction under the color of authority, which is their job long before "terrorism" was added to their list of things to do.

MAGA On! DRAIN THE SWAMPS!! 9th Circuit more, and FIB!

"Summer should be extended all winter, because I don't want to lose my right to Summer."

No, there's a deadline. Vote early in states where you can, mail your ballot in early, the legal way.

It would be a hilariously impossible scenario to not have your ballot in official hands in half a week.

People want a whole day off or two to free up time to vote. Set aside the 5 minutes it takes to fll out a ballot and throw a stamp on it. Democrats are so lazy.

Oregon has at least always had this rule. It doesn't matter when you mail the ballot, it has to be in by the date of the election. Postmark doesn't count.

About a week before election day there are a million reminders from the news and/or ads on the radio and TV that it's too late to mail it and you need to drop it off in person.

Good ruling.
