look, as long as they're "postmarked" by Nov 3rd, I guess we can't complain too hard IF we MUST do mail-in. They really should be "received BY Nov 3" but you know people will screech that their ballot was then delayed in the mail and didn't get their on time and it was the Postal Service's fault...
