This isn’t to remove Trump it’s to remove Biden. We always have known Harris is the actual Democrat candidate.

Harris and the majority of the cabinet could remove Biden under the 25th. Pelosi is trying to create "such other body" to declare the President unable to discharge his duties. Here is the text from the 25th Amendment:

"Whenever the Vice President and a majority of either the principal officers of the executive departments or of such other body as Congress may by law provide, transmit to the President pro tempore of the Senate and the Speaker of the House of Representatives their written declaration that the President is unable to discharge the powers and duties of his office, the Vice President shall immediately assume the powers and duties of the office as Acting President."

Yea, I don't really see this making any sense if they were expecting to win the presidency. Or even the house/senate.

They either don't like their odds or are hedging their bet with election invalidation. You wouldn't need a special counsel to tell Biden he's incompetent. Hell he'd probably admit that himself depending on what day it is.

Unless there's another angle we're just not seeing...

I think the Dems shut down and set fire to their economic base and the donor pool dried up.

It would make sense to me if they created a fake crisis just to raise money.

Pfft - their donor pool is China. Why do you think Biden Jr. got 1.5 billion? All they have to do is give Whinny the Chinky another call to bolster if they're low ALREADY.

Shit Hillary only spent around 1.2 billion - Trump came in less than half a billion (fact check me).

If Biden still can't finish the last month with more than that - then he's really in trouble. Hell, they didn't even have the expense of a real convention.

The proposed legislation allows the Speaker of the House to remove a sitting president. This is full-on stupid.

Still needs Pence doesn't it?

Even if they create "such other body", that body would still need Pence to agree with them in order to make it happen.

Wtf is their game with this?
