I find this part particularly alarming.

Each member appointed to the Commission under paragraphs (1) through (4) of subsection (a) shall be a physician. Of the two members appointed by each individual under such paragraphs, one shall be a physician with a specialty in psychiatry. The Chair shall be either a physician or an individual appointed under paragraph (5) of subsection (a), or both.

Setting up a panel of doctors and psychiatrists to basically declare anyone they disagree with mentally unfit. Reminds me of Soviet abuse of psychiatry against dissenters. Soviet psychiatrists were diagnosing people with "Sluggish Schizophrenia", with the justification literally being "You must be crazy if you don't see how amazing the socialist state is", and then locking them up in mental institutions.

They can't do shit to actually remove the president, but they can gaslight the American people with a panel of doctors basically saying he's unfit to be the president.

Bingo. It's disturbing as fuck. And it's even worse when you realise; they've been doing this stuff to everyday people already for years. A trivial example is that this is what red flag laws are actually about.
