Here in my Blue State of New Jersey, I'm going to physically drop off my ballot at the County Board of Elections (located on the return address), because the State is blocking in-person voting. #ChinaVirus
I don't need to hand off my ballot to some third-party (USPS or Drop-off boxes) and hope that it will get counted.

They are blooking in person? That's absolute bullshit and maybe unconstitutional
Let me clarify. You could vote in-person, but it'll only be counted as a provisional ballot, which is only used for tight races.
The only exception is if you provide documented medical issues on why you have to vote in-person.
Blatantly unconstitutional.
